Product release and growth summary for 2024 year-end review
We hit important benchmarks in 2024 in terms of both product development and market expansion, setting up our business for future success.
Important new product releases and developments:
New product: This year, we discovered a number of revolutionary products that are aligned to improve user experiences and supply to particular customer demands. Lystface, Lystface API, and Lystnow were three notable releases; their distinctive features made the apps more popular and notable to unwind the future of modern technology. Based on user input, we released significant upgrades to current products that increase performance, speed, and usability.
In response to customer requests, we diversified our offerings by adding new features such as:

Revenue growth: 2024 was a financially successful year, with a massive 36% growth in revenue compared to 2023, due to both improved customer retention and the successful launch of new products/features.
New market penetration: We have effectively expanded our global presence and reached a larger customer base by entering 42 new geographic markets, such as Australia, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Christmas Island, Cote D’Ivoire, El Salvador, Germany, Indonesia, Iraq, Kenya, Malaysia, Mauritius, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Philippines, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Singapore South Africa, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Western Sahara, South Sudan, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey. We would expand it more with our thoughtful process and streamlined application.
Customer base growth: We saw a significant increase in direct-to-customer sales and the formation of new partnerships, which led to significant growth in our customer base. We are thrilled to have 1640 total paid customers to date. Notably, we have 21 loyal customers who have been using Lystloc for a continuous 5+ years. Also, we have earned 3 multi-billion dollar clients this year, which is a fruitful success.

Our growth strategy has been centered on the intersection of innovation and customer satisfaction. By staying ahead of industry trends and consistently improving our products, we were able to attract new users and increase customer loyalty, which led to a significant increase in market share and brand recognition. As we look to the future, we are eager to build on this momentum by using the lessons learned and achievements from 2024 to continue driving product innovation and attaining even greater growth in 2025. We would proudly mention that December 2024 is the highest revenue generated month in our Lystloc 7+ journey.

Reflecting on our team growth in 2024
Our team has had incredible change in the last 12 months of 2024. We had 71 people on the team at the beginning of the year, but we expanded it as needed to meet our strategic objectives and business requirements. This eventual rescaling was done to build a more impactful, agile, and focused employee in addition to increasing efficiency.
2024 was footprinted with Lystler’s amazing work anniversary of 10+ years = 2, 8+ years = 1, 5+ years = 4, 4+ years = 3, 3+ years = 12 which is a remarkable achievement for both employees and the firm.
This year, one of our biggest achievements has been the start of the DMR Project, a ground-breaking project that has already raised the standard for us. This project’s success is a result of the hard work and devotion of our skilled team, which currently consists of 23 members, who have worked relentlessly to generate value for our clients as well as for the firm.
Because of this streamlining, we are now in a better position to fulfill our objective and take decisive action toward excellence and innovation. We are thrilled about the potential waiting ahead in 2025 and incredibly proud of what we have achieved as we wrap up the phase of 2024.
